Geoffrey has more than 15 years experience in point-to point data communications and installation of hardware and software systems. His experience includes the Borman Foods communications network which required 24 hour information exchange between corporate offices and more than 110 Farmer Jack stores. He also supported the Elias Brothers electronic commissary via telecommunications network between stores, main office and commissary. Most recently, he finished a business system analysis and design of the Domino’s R.P.M pizza store automation project, designed to decrease cost, improve market share, generate commissary order requirements and communicate daily business activity to R.P.M’s main office. Geoffrey’s extensive network communications experience with his background in accounting and restaurant management uniquely qualifies him as a dynamic resource in the quick service restaurant industry.

Director of Technology

Hany is a technology professional with years of experience in a variety of management positions for companies such as Comcast, EDS, CompUSA, Access Technologies, Integrated Information System, and Coffee Net. He has managed activities including brand- and image-building, marketing, merchandising, e-commerce and event management - which consisted of public and corporate relations events. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/E-Business, a Master’s Degree of Science in “Information Resource Management” and is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer. He is working on his Doctorate in Technology with the concentration being on Technology and Education. Hany is Adjunct Faculty at Baker College teaching computer information systems, Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, Windows Vista, and Configuring Windows Server 2008 Active Directory.

Field Service Engineer

Matthew has over 16 years of experience in a variety of field service positions for companies such as Access Computers, Access Technologies and currently with Open IP Technologies. He is proficient in all flavors of Windows - 95, 98, NT, 2000, XP and Vista, as well as Windows NT Server, Windows 2000 Server and Windows 2003 Server. He is currently a Microsoft Certified Professional in Windows XP Desktop support, working towards his Exchange 2003/2007 certifications.
